Delivery

When will I receive my order?

It takes us 2-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but typical times are:

  • Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Japan, and Australia: 3-4 business days
  • International (rest of the World): 5-15 business days

Where will my order be shipped from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities around the world: United Kingdom, Spain, Latvia, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Australia and Canada.

What should I know about international orders?

International Shipments may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. These fees may vary depending on the value of the order, country limits, and other factors related to the product. The final recipient is responsible for these fees.

We strongly recommend including your phone number when placing international orders. This will minimize the risk of your order getting lost in transit and facilitate delivery.

My order should have arrived by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

  • Please check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you're expecting a delivery at home and know you won't be home to receive it, use an address where you can.

If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@viralco.store with your order number.

If you have found an error in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the cost of the new order will be at your expense.

How are your products made?

We work with a trusted on-demand manufacturing provider. They have facilities all over the world, so depending on your location, your orders are created and shipped from the most efficient facility.

Why are there two Chest measurements in the Size Guide on the product page?

The Size Guide includes two measurements in the "Chest" section because it indicates a range of measurements. This is usually done because the garment has some elasticity or because it can comfortably fit different circumference measurements within the indicated range.

For example:

  • In size XS, the range of 78.7-86.4 cm means that the shirt is designed to comfortably fit people with a bust circumference between those values.

This approach allows shoppers to choose their size based on their actual measurement, knowing that the garment has room to fit without being too tight or too loose.

How can I track my order?

I received an incorrect or damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at info@viralco.store as soon as possible after receiving it with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other relevant details. We will respond to you with a solution as soon as possible.

Product Notices:

You may notice a strange smell due to printing on the garments you receive. Fortunately, this smell is temporary. Now that the product has left the sealed space of the packaging, the printing smell will disappear after a few days or after the first wash.

You may also notice some discoloration or white residue on your clothes. Don't worry! These are not stains and will disappear after the first wash. Our garments are created using the latest in textile printing technology. In addition, the inks used are eco-friendly and water-based .

If you receive a product with any marks, please wash it before reporting a problem.


Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 14 calendar days in accordance with current legislation, but if there is any problem with your order, please contact us at info@viralco.store .

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is the case, please contact us at info@viralco.store with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for another size/color?

We do offer exchanges to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is the case, please contact us at info@viralco.store with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will sort it out for you. If you are unsure of which size would best fit you, please refer to our size charts available in each product description.

Although it is rare, it is possible that the item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please contact us at info@viralco.store within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
